Tirzepatide (LY-3298176) is a dual agonist of glucose-dependent polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor with neuroprotective activity for the study of diabetes and obesity.
It has neuroprotective activity, can improve blood pressure and reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides, and can be used to study diabetes and obesity. In clinical trials it's shown to help achieve ~20% body weight loss.
How to take Tirzepatide:
It is used ONCE weekly, as a subcutaneous (under the skin) injection.
